  • Book directly with the hotel. The Book Online button has the family rate built in. If you call, ask for the Barnes Family Reunion block (group code BARNES). The rate is not available on Expedia, Travelocity or other discount sites.
  • Book by August 3, 2027. The room block is released after that date, and you'll need to find your own hotel.
  • Rooms sold out? The block starts with 15 rooms, and 15 more are added once those are booked. If the hotel says there are no rooms left, let Angie know so she can have more added.
  • Need to cancel? Cancel at least 3 days before check-in so your card isn't charged.
  • Extra breakfasts are $10 per person for anyone not covered by the room's two free breakfasts.
